The Bonaventura is the main eatery at the Pergola Hotel & Spa. A full English and Continental Buffet is served during the morning and a buffet dinner with various weekly themes is served  during the evenings. On certain occasions, the dinner may be a 3-course waiter served, often depending on the season. Our chefs prepare a wide range of daily dietary specials that can cater for all diners.
