The most ambitious undertaking in recent years, the extension of the Solana Hotel will be the group’s main priority throughout winter 2023/2024. Following two decades of operation, the hotel is set to undergo a significant transformation, with a refreshed design and an expanded footprint that includes a larger, newly designed lobby, an additional rooftop dining venue, a brand-new rooftop pool, and 68 new guest rooms. Upon completion, Solana will be repositioned as an upper 4-star property with 241 rooms, including 15 premium suites that will enrich the guest experience and appeal to a broader market.
